Kailoro — The Travel Pillow

Real neck support, so you actually sleep on the way there.

Most travel pillows collapse the moment your head gets heavy. Kailoro is contoured to hold your head and neck upright through takeoff, turbulence, and everything after — so you land rested instead of stiff.

Our Mission

"If it doesn't support you for a full flight, it doesn't ship."

Sleep shouldn't be the hardest part of getting somewhere.

Every traveler owns a pillow that seemed fine in the store and did nothing in the air. The head still tips forward. The foam goes flat by hour two. You land with a stiff neck instead of the rest you needed for the trip ahead.

Kailoro exists to fix that one problem properly. We design a single category — the neck pillow — and hold it to the standard of an actual flight, not a five-minute try-on. If it doesn't keep your head supported for a full long-haul, it doesn't ship.

What every Kailoro pillow is held to

Standards / 04
FOM

Foam

A memory-foam core dense enough to hold its curve for a ten-hour flight, not just the first hour out of the box.

ERG

Ergonomics

The contour is shaped to cradle the neck and stop the head from tipping forward, side to side, or falling back.

PAK

Packability

Compresses down small enough for a jacket pocket or carry-on side pouch, and holds its shape again once released.

CLN

Comfort & Care

A soft, breathable cover that's removable and machine-washable — because a pillow you use daily should stay clean.

How the Kailoro pillow got made

Process
01

Study why travel pillows fail

We looked at where the common ring-shaped pillow breaks down — it lets the head drift, flattens fast, and offers no real side support.

02

Prototype the contour

We tested foam densities and curve angles on actual long-haul flights, adjusting until the shape held a sleeping head in place.

03

Refine fit and recovery

Each revision was measured on how well it sprang back after compression and how it felt after hour six, not hour one.

04

Ship one pillow, done right

Rather than launch a wide range, we refined a single design until it consistently outperformed the pillow it replaced.

15 hr+

Support tested per long-haul flight

12

Foam and curve iterations before launch

1 yr

Standard shape-retention warranty

Land rested, wherever you're headed.

The Kailoro Pillow is built to hold real support for a full flight — try it on your next trip.
